Who we are
This website is run by ZyloAI LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom ("ZyloAI", "we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal information you give us on this site. For anything about your information, email privacy@zyloai.co.
What we collect
- What you type into the form: your name, email, phone number, company, website, job title, the city or cities you serve, and your answers to the questions (for example, team size and how you get new accounts).
- If you book a call: the details you give our scheduling tool (Calendly), such as your name, email and chosen time.
- A page-open count: when you open the page, your browser stores a random ID and sends it to us once, so we can count visitors. It contains no name, email or other contact details.
- How you use the page: we use PostHog (an analytics tool, EU data hosting) to see which parts of the page people read, click and scroll, where they stop, and to test different versions of the page. This includes anonymous recordings of page visits. Anything you type into the form is hidden from these recordings and never sent to PostHog. We don't link this data to your name or email.
- Basic technical data: like any website, our hosting providers receive your IP address and browser details when you load the page. The page also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.
How we use it
- To see whether our service is a fit for your company.
- To contact you about it by email or phone, including if you start the form and don't finish it.
- To schedule and prepare for calls with you.
- To understand how many people visit the page and complete the form, so we can improve it.
Our legal basis under UK data protection law is our legitimate interest in responding to businesses that ask about our service, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your information.
Calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number on our form, we may call or text you about your enquiry and our services, including with automated calls and texts and AI or prerecorded voices. How often varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop texts, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or email privacy@zyloai.co. To stop calls, tell us on the call or email us.
We never sell or share your phone number or text consent with anyone else for their marketing.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers to run our business, who process your information only on our instructions: website hosting, our customer database and its hosting, scheduling (Calendly), internal team messaging, email, website analytics (PostHog), and AI tools that help us prepare for calls. Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where your information is transferred outside the UK, we rely on recognised safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or the provider's certification under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. If you become a client, we keep what we need to provide the service and meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or stop using it, including for any follow-up contact. Email privacy@zyloai.co and we'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). We'd appreciate the chance to sort it out first.
Cookies
This page does not use cookies. It stores two random IDs in your browser's local storage: the page-open ID described above, and one from PostHog so it can recognise a returning visit and keep showing you the same version of the page. Neither contains your name or contact details. If we add advertising tools, we'll update this policy first.

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
